Whether you are traveling from another location in Belize or arriving at the Placencia airstrip, we are ready to assist you. Please be aware that all International flights fly into Belize City, which is roughly a 3 hour drive from the resort. We suggest booking a local 30 minute flight from Belize City to the Placencia airport.

Please allow us to help you book your flight. We have a close relationship with the airlines and can ensure that any delays or changes in flight times can be accommodated quickly. Complimentary shuttle service to and from the resort from the Placencia airport are offered, but we do NOT offer complimentary shuttle service from the Belize City airport.

FOR FLEXIBLE BOOKINGS: A 50% Deposit is required at the time of booking in order to confirm your reservation. Full Payment is required 30 days prior to arrival date. Flexible Reservations may be cancelled 31 days prior to arrival date and a refund of the 50% deposit less 3% processing fee will be applied. Cancellations received within the 30 days period prior to arrival date will be forfeited (non-refundable).

 
NON-REFUNDABLE BOOKINGS: are 100% NON-REFUNDABLE AND 100% DEPOSIT REQUIRED AT THE TIME OF BOOKING. Please note that bookings over the weeks of Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years and Easter are NON REFUNDABLE BOOKINGS. All flexible Reservations are subject to cancellation and deposit forfeited if payment is not made in full 30 days prior to arrival date. Cancellation during stays are NON- REFUNDABLE. This cancellation policy applies to any reason for cancellation with no exceptions. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance We may use third party service providers to process your personal information on our behalf for the purposes of this booking.
